- Are referral fees allowed in my state?
- Rules vary by jurisdiction. Both attorneys must acknowledge that the agreed split complies with their state's rules of professional conduct, and the client must consent in writing where required.
- Is the client's information shared?
- No. Listings are anonymized, and contact details are unmasked only after an offer is accepted by both sides.
