Who receives your information

When you submit a case intake through Legal Online Directory, your information may be shared with one or more of the following categories of parties, all for the purpose of helping you obtain the legal services you inquired about:

• Licensed attorneys admitted in your state
• Law firms, including national, regional, and solo practices
• Law firms and their authorized field marketing organizations
• Marketing partners that provide attorney matching, case screening, or intake support
• Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, phone/SMS delivery, fraud prevention)

Categories, not a complete list

The specific companies we work with change over time. Because our partner list is dynamic, we describe the categories of recipients here rather than a static company list. A current list of active partners is available on request via the Contact page — select "Marketing partner list."

What they receive

Partners typically receive:

• Your name, phone number, email, ZIP code / state
• The practice area(s) you requested
• Household and eligibility information you provided
• A record of your consent

Partners are contractually required to:

• Hold appropriate state bar licenses
• Comply with TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and our Lead Buyer Agreement
• Honor your opt-out requests

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by using our Do Not Sell or Share page. You may also ask any calling agent to add you to their internal Do Not Call list.
