Our commitment

Legal Online Directory is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures we take

Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls
Keyboard navigation for all core flows (case intake, agent search, dashboards)
Sufficient color contrast in text and UI components
Descriptive alternative text on informative images
Support for screen readers, browser zoom, and OS-level accessibility settings
Regular internal reviews and accessibility fixes as we release features

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and legacy content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to remediate these areas.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a page, feature, or interaction that is not accessible, please tell us. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed barriers as quickly as reasonably possible.
