What Legal Online Directory is not

Legal Online Directory is not:

• A licensed attorney, agent, agency, or broker
• An law firm or legal services provider
• A federal or state government agency, exchange, or Marketplace
• Affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state bar association, court, or federal or state government agency

Legal Online Directory does not provide legal advice, form an attorney-client relationship, or represent you in any matter. All legal engagements occur between the consumer and a properly licensed attorney or law firm.

Producers who use Legal Online Directory

Attorneys and law firms who use Legal Online Directory to purchase leads represent to us that they hold all resident and non-resident state bar licenses required to solicit legal services in the states where their leads reside. This is a condition of using our platform. See the Lead Buyer Agreement.

Consumer notice

You are not required to engage any attorney contacted through Legal Online Directory. You may shop with any licensed attorney or directly through your state bar's lawyer referral service or Legal Services Corporation-funded programs.
